Returns & Refunds – The Amiba Way
At Amiba, we care about more than just products—we care about you. We put love and detail into every item, and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 15-day satisfaction promise. If something isn’t right, reach out to us through our Contact Page. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem—just let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order is usually already in processing, and we may not be able to make adjustments. If you do cancel within the 24-hour window, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Returns
We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If you’d like to return an item, here’s how it works:

You have 15 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Used, worn, or damaged items (through normal wear or misuse) can’t be refunded.

Non-approved or late returns may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 50%).
To start a return, just email us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you can ship it back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued in the original currency and can take up to 30 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Product Care & Safety
We design our products with safety and comfort in mind, and we encourage you to use them responsibly. Always follow usage guidelines and safety instructions. If you ever feel discomfort or have questions, stop using the product and reach out to us. We’ll be happy to help.
Damaged Items
We carefully pack every order, but if your item arrives broken or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us photos of the damage, and we’ll take care of a replacement—at no cost to you.
Please note:

Cosmetic packaging damage (like a dented box) isn’t considered product damage.

Items damaged by regular use, wear and tear, or misuse aren’t eligible for return/refund.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to get your order to you quickly—usually within 5–10 business days. While we do our best, sometimes delays happen due to couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Please keep in mind:

We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they’ve left our hands.

For delivery issues, contacting the courier directly is often the fastest solution.
